This site was originally part of a sheltered housing scheme owned and run by the borough council and the existing building had to be demolished prior to construction.

1 large detached and 2 semi- detached 3 storey properties were constructed to a very high standard both internally and externally.

The external design links in closely with the surrounding properties and is sympathetic to the conservation area they are in.
