This development of 47 houses and apartments was just one part of a much larger project negotiated by Barkley where a new access enabled a 400 home residential development. Barkley sold the 350 unit scheme to a major housebuilder.

Barkley developed 42 units for Guinness Trust and 5 apartments which were added to their property portfolio.
